A unique spa experience
Imagine a place where you can unwind, recharge, and be yourself.
I asked for a bottle of water, the least the staff could do was to give all guests bottles of water for free under that situation, but they declined. It's pricey but it's worth the visit. But overall it's always a nice experience. We went twice to check if they checked the cameras for the stolen items as they promised they would and again the “manager” with black plugs or earrings escalated the situation.
The entrance fee is 500 MXN for a locker, which is quite expensive. It was not very busy at all so I walked around a bit. As people that work in the hospitality industry, this place had poor management. I truly don’t recommend this place unless you want to be yelled and belittled. It was not friendly or welcoming for someone coming for their first time.
