Yes, Greg is back in The White Lotus Season 3!

At the house, Tanya discovers a photo of what appears to be a young Greg and Quentin. We were re-introduced to Greg via his new (much younger) girlfriend, Chloe. She then points behind her to her boyfriend, a bald white guy, and calls him a "LBH" which she explains is a local term meaning "losers back home" and the loser in question?

It seems that Greg managed to inherit Tanya’s millions and that he has been laying low in Thailand this whole time (or at least for a year). Quentin takes her under his wing and brings her on board his boat, and has her as his guest to stay at his luxury Italian mansion. He’s now living in Thailand with an island mansion and a mega yacht—presumably spoils of the fortune he inherited from Tanya.

He quickly has a run in with someone who knows him—Belinda, the White Lotus Hawaii spa manager who met him in season one.

We realise this when we see a photo of the lead gay, Quentin (Tom Hollander), alongside a young Greg.

According to Charlotte Le Bon’s Chloe, Greg is one of the many bald LBHs you’ll find in Thailand. Chloe may or may not know about his past with Tanya, but she definitely doesn’t have a high opinion of him.

Well right now we don't know too much about Greg's re-appearance.

Sure enough, in season 3, episode 4, Greg is seen staring at a photo of Belinda and her son from her Instagram. So, I think he deserves a terrible fate.”
